BATPL Privacy Statement

The Bulford, Amesbury & Tidworth Pool League (BATPL) respects the privacy of all players, captains and officials involved in the league.

Personal information collected by BATPL is used only for the administration, organisation and promotion of the league. This may include players’ names, team details, contact information, match results, statistics, photographs and other league-related information.

Player names, teams, match results and playing statistics may be published on the BATPL website, social media pages and other league communications.

Contact details such as telephone numbers and email addresses will not be published publicly without permission and will only be used where necessary for league administration and communication.

Photographs and videos may be taken at league matches, competitions, presentations and other BATPL events and may be used to promote the league. Anyone who does not wish to appear in photographs or promotional material should contact BATPL.

Personal information will not be sold or provided to third parties for marketing purposes.
